Absolutely wonderful I bought this for my daughter but had a sneaky peek first and bought How to Love and How to Eat The act of reading of these books is a meditative process in its self The books have the power to change our thoughts and therefore our behaviour Thich Nhat Hanh is a great discovery for me so I ll be buying of his writings.
